Pentax SMC Lens Adpater -4 Part #30722

This adapter changes the eye piece diopter by -4 allowing those needing glasses to look through the viewfinder without their glasses. This model will ONLY work on film cameras as it is too narrow to fit on modern dSLR cameras.

I believe the diopter correction eyepieces will fit the digital cameras if they fit the M series bodies and later, since the viewfinder is unchanged since the M series.

Thanks. Not sure which cameras you are referring to but I can assure you that it doesn't fit the K-5 forward.

If it fits the M42 and K series bodies (K1000, KM, KX, K2) then it won't fit the subsequent multiple series of film bodies, i.e., MX, ME, ME Super, ME F, MG, MV, Super Program, Program Plus, A3, P3N, P30T, MZ-M, ZX-M, MZ-60, MZ-30, MZ-S, MZ-3 MZ-10, Z-70, Z-50, Z-20, Z-10, Z-5, SFXn, SF7, SF10, SFX, SF1, *ist. Probably won't fit the LX either.
