Tamron Adaptall-2 SP 90mm f/2.5 macro (52BB) manual focus lens, with P/K adapter, case, caps, hood, box, instructions -- it's all here, the complete original kit.

The Tamron 52BB is a classic telephoto macro lens, offering outstanding sharpness, high contrast, and wonderful bokeh thanks to its 9-bladed diaphragm. It’s capable of very detailed images at a magnification ratio of 1:2, and the 320-degree focus throw delivers easy and precise focus. It's a solid, well-made lens.

The lens for sale is redundant to my needs (I also have another Tamron macro), so I’m letting it go.

Glass. The glass is in excellent condition. No haze, fungus, scratches, cleaning marks or element separation. Some light internal dust. There is a tiny speck (dust?) on the surface of a front internal element, as seen in the picture below. I haven’t noticed any affect on images.

Body and mechanical. The body and hood are in excellent condition, showing very little signs of use. There are no scratches, nicks, or dents. The rubber focus ring is pristine and the number markings are clean and crisp.

The manual focus action is smooth and nicely damped across the range. The aperture blades are clean and snappy, free of marks and oil.

The Pentax P/K adapter mount is in excellent condition; it mounts and operates perfectly. The aperture stops down or opens up properly when the lens is mounted on-camera or off.

Included: Complete kit: lens; original front and rear caps; original case (like-new); hood 98FH; P/K adapter mount; box; instructions.

My wife owns this lens. It is really excellent. Images she has taken have won her some awards in very competitive photo shows.
