For Sale: F2.8 Collection: DA14, DA40, Sigma 17-50, Tamron 28-75, and DA*16-50 (screw)
Listed: 12-10-2018, 01:44 AM Total Price: 200 Currency: USD Item Location: United States Shipping Destinations: Worldwide

Got a few more lenses for sale of the F2.8 variety. Free shipping in the lower 48 - spend $300 or more and get a free dim-able led light that runs off of sony batteries or AA's.

I package these lenses very well and I ship quickly with updates via messaging every step of the way, just like I would want. If items not as described, refunds are ok within 7 days of receiving the lens, shipping responsible by buyer.

PayPal preferred and I'll pay those fees.

1 - The first in this listing is a SMCP-DA14 F2.8. Optically its great, but when I bought it used several years ago, I was told the label on the front peeled off. Not sure why, but after testing it out and using it quite a bit, I don't really care about the back story. I just know the lens has performed as expected and has not given me any issues. Love how close you can get to an object with this lens - The minimum focus distance is 6.75" so you can be almost macro like close while still seeing some background. Since I mostly shoot with the k1 now, if I'm shooting aps-c, it's to be compact so I'm using the DA15 more.
Lens is on sale at B&H for $546.95. Buy mine for $ 299 with box.

2 - The next is the super compact DA40 Limited F2.8. Focuses quick, great sharpness, a great lens to carry around all the time. But the thing that I love the most about the DA40 Limited is that it makes a camera so stealthy. I don't attract nearly as much attention when I have this lens on than if I have a zoom on the camera. Plus it's a limited and the build is fantastic. The lens hood has some issues but it's still completely functional. I've used a film cap for the lens cap as it's faster to remove than the metal screw on cap - I'll include both with the lens. Includes the leather pouch. Not sure I know where the box is. Inquire if that's important.
Lens sells on Amazon for $ 292.56. Buy mine for $150.

3 - SOLD Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 EX DC OS HSM FLD - One of the sharpest f2.8 standard zooms available for Pentax APS-C and also one of the most affordable. Lens is in excellent condition and takes sharp contrasty images. Comes with soft case and I've replaced the rear cap because I HATE Sigma and Tamron rear caps. If you'd like me to include it, I'll be more than happy to send you it. Usually, if I'm shooting aps-c, it's because I'm traveling light, so I have been using the DA16-85 if i want a zoom.
Nikon version of this lens sells on Amazon for $285.99. Buy mine for $ 175. -- Sold!

4 - Tamron AF 28-75 f2.8 SP XR Di LD - So I've loved this lens on APS-C and Full Frame. On APS-C, it's great for events where you need something a little wider than normal but with a decent telephoto for portraits or pseudo macro's (which it does very well in). On Full Frame, it's like a typical wide to slightly telephoto zoom, great for tight quarters, group shots. Very sharp lens and much more compact than the other full frame alternatives. I now have the DFA 24-70 which I think is superior (it better be considering the difference in $$).
Canon version of this lens is on sale at B&H for $ 399. Buy mine for $ 225

5 - Pentax smc DA* 16-50mm f/2.8 ED AL (IF) SDM (Screw Drive only) This lens had the SDM failure, so I converted it to screw drive. In many ways, it's an improvement! It seems to focus faster than it did when it was SDM. Plus it still has amazing weather sealing and a lens hood that's awesome for circular polarizers. This copy is excellent image quality wise and the lens is in very good condition. If you need a lens that can survive a massive storm this should be high on the list. As mentioned above, I tend to use the DA16-85 more for hiking etc. If I'm needing a pro lens, I'm more likely to be shooting w/ the k1.
B&H has this lens on sale from the normal $ 1046.95 to $ 696.95. Buy mine for $ 350.

6 - LED Light - Great for background light or for product photos. Includes Sony NPF type battery and charger. As mentioned above, if you spend $300 or more, you can have one of these for free.
