Item Description
Hi! I'm selling my Sigma 8-16mm HSM lens in Pentax mount. I'm the original owner of the lens. It was purchased new in 2016.

Description :
Sigma 8-16mm 1:4.5-5.6 HSM in Pentax mount (for apsc sensor)
Asking price : 385 -->350USD plus actual shipping
(between 10 and 15USD for Canada and the US. Please PM me for a shipping quote if you are outside NA. Thank you.)

It comes with :
- Original Box and paper work
- Original Sigma case
- Canon front lens cap (see pictures)
- Original Sigma Lens hood
- Generic Pentax rear lens cap

Lens works perfectly.
The lens is under Sigma 5 year warranty - which ends in 2021. Since I'm the original buyer, I may have to handle warranty claim (if ever the need be), and I will gladly do so if asked.

The pictures I took don't do proper justice to the lens' condition. Don't hesitate to ask further questions or to request more pictures.















Pictures taken with the lens :
** I searched through my Ligthroom library for pictures taken with this lens but strangely, the metadata isn't picking up properly. Might be because I have too old of a Lightroom version or something... What it means is I can't be 100% sure the pictures were taken with the Sigma 8-16mm, but considering I bought this lens for the exact project I'm posting pictures from plus the fact that it was my only UWA lens at the time, chances are pretty good those pictures were in fact taken with the Sigma 8-16mm. That being said, I did stitch quite a few panorama for this project, so some UWA pictures could be from a stitched panorama. However, judging from the original resolution of the pictures I posted, they are not panorama and thus are from the Sigma 8-16mm. I can of course take some new pictures, but it's about minus a thousand degree celcius here in Montreal these days and I don't have particularly nice wide angle scenery around the house. However, should one of you request some specific type shots, I will try to comply.

I had a hard time finding pictures in my Ligthroom library, thus why I didn't include any in my OP. I haven't used this lens much as most of my shootings happens inside (weddings, family gathering, etc.).

The metadata doesn't get picked up in LR for this lens if I remember correctly (or if it is wider than 12mm or something). I forget the exact problem. Somebody had a download posted here once that could fix that (outside of LR).
