Years ago I managed to purchase the original Pentax adaptor with English instruction and original Pentax pouch, from Pentax.com,.au for AU$32.
Years later I found one on AU EBay for AU$24, the original product but with pouch and instruction missing.It was very easily to recreate them.
I also purchase a number of Chinese copies, some will focus to infinity , some not. In the meantime the price of the original product gone through the roof:

There is number of excellent lenses with M42 mount so if you find one reasonably priced just go for it. There will be harder and harder to buy them.
