The glass elements are clean, and the outside has no visible scuffs or scratches. Comes with Tiffen UV filter and the original hood and case. Lens cap is Sigma, rear cap is Tamron. Not sure how that happened.  Used only a little bit by myself. On my K-1. Not really my thing, I've been gravitating more to primes lately. Let me know if you have any questions or need pictures.
