There is also a tiny mark on the front element that would be a scratch but is just a dot not a streak. Its still a good usable lens, don't let the little bit of fungus scare you, you'd need a specific test and scientific equipment to see its affect on a photo, think of this as a bargain, not perfect but a good price.
