It’s criminal when lovely glass like this sits sad looking for a home. Someone take this gem and give it a new purpose!

Lol. My typo made it confusing. “Libel” glass?!? I’ve fixed it.

I'll try to help some.

This is a DARN GOOD lens on the K-3 III. All of these are from my K-3 III and this lens. The lens is mounted on the Pentax HD 1.4x Teleconverter which it plays well with to give you 350mm of range. I'd grab it up if I didn't already have one.

Thanks kkoether. It really is a "DARN GOOD" lens. I would not be selling it if it was full frame. Nice shots.

It is already close and a fairly simple mod makes if extremely good on FF. (I have mod'd mine.) I've shot mine on my A7RIII many times.

Yes, thank you Uncle Vanya. Have used it for some time on K-1ii (for over a year) and cropped as needed. That works, but is less than ideal for me. Not interested in removing, cutting or replacing baffle, so lens is as original. Already bought a full frame lens to replace it, so now a fine lens for sale for someone else to enjoy.

Makes sense. For potential customers I am saying the lens is quite reasonable on ff after mods.

Yes. It almost covers and sometimes does cover the full frame even with the original baffle in place. I thought about doing the modification but I'm just not into disassembling, repairing or modifying lenses. Thank you for your helpful comments here.
