Trying out the Pentax 645Z with Pentax 135mm f 4.0 LS

A few portrait efforts with Pentax 645eZ and Pentax 135mm f 4.0 LS in leaf shutter mode. Comments invited, but please be gentle because I haven't done much portrait, and this is my first effort with leaf shutter portraiture!

Very nice Ivanvernon. My critique of no 2 (which I like best) is its too central, and even with a square crop, give it a bit of rule of thirds.

The picture below was taken totally by accident. My wife had given me a inexpensive wireless remote trigger for Christmas one year. We were on vacation about a month later and I had planned to use the trigger setup to take a group photo of everyone together. We were in a little pizza place waiting on our lunch and my son and I decided to see if we could figure out how to use the trigger. After several attempts, we finally got everything connected and setup correctly. The camera was sitting on the table and my son was propped in front of it watching to see if the shutter tripped. The shutter tripped and this is the picture it took.

This was taken with a K100D Super and a Quantaray 28-70mm lens. It was my first digital slr setup.

The special relationship you have with these kids shows in these images Noel. Wonderful poses beautifully recorded.
