The final larval stage of the Cape York Birdwing on the leaf of a vine known locally as Dutchman's pipe due to the shape of its flower. The vine is growing on a hibiscus bush.
Larvae is 7cm-8cm in length.





Will keep an eye on it and see if I can catch the pupal stage.
