These Hepatica were the first wildflowers we saw last year, on April 28. We still have a way to go!

Some from the past couple of days

Chickweed

I thought this was another type of Chickweed, but not sure...

Speedwell. This one can hide behind a match head...

Not sure what his one is, about 1/4 inch across. This one was taken with 50mm lens and 45mm extension tubes, the others with 26mm extension tubes.

Also unidentified, a bit smaller than a pencil eraser.

Photographed through a dirty window of a botanical garden greenhouse. Very tiny!

A couple from the past few days, flowers opening up all over the place...these are from the back yard before I mowed.

The yellow one is a Dwarf Dandelion, probably the biggest flower I've ever posted in this thread. About dime size I have them all over the yard. The last pink one is one I've photographed lots of times, got an ID a while back but don't remember its name. All but one already posted in POTW.

All taken with K30 with K50mm f1.4 and 30mm extension tube made by removing the glass from a teleconvertor. Flash used, usually f11.

These ones are quite tiny. Photographed through a window, so the image quality is a bit lomo Even has a reflection of the strap!

Got a few more recently.

This one is pretty common here,

but I don't see this one much, same but different color. Thought I had an ID but can't find my flower book again...

Low Hop Clover is all over the place, this one is about 1/2 inch tall, individual flowers smaller than match heads

Crimson Clover also blooming like crazy. I might have this in the yard next year, it's starting now but only a few.

Crimson Clover close up (macro using binocular lens rig)

One with a honey bee on it, small one but gives an idea of actual size.

Purslane I think, about 3/8 inch across, these blooming all over the place, I spotted red ones last year but none so far this spring.

One I've never seen before, also posted in POTW. Found these a couple of days ago, went looking for them today with M50mm f1.7, 30mm extension tubes and flash. No idea what they are, first one is a cluster about the size of a pencil eraser, flowers maybe 1.8 inch tall.

This cluster is a bit bigger, maybe a bit over 1/2 inch tall.
