Thirty-five years or more ago I recall reading a lot in photo magazines about sandwiching slides, sometimes using what were called texture screens in the sandwiches, or about using texture screens with enlargers to produce similar effects in prints. I tried some experiments sandwiching poorly exposed slides to achieve somewhat surreal double-exposure-looking projections. I never got around to ordering any official photo texture screen material to try. But almost twenty years ago, my first little 1-megapixel digital camera, a Kodak 3200, achieved a similar effect by auto-focusing on a window screen, and not the view behind it, but apparently at a small enough aperture to not throw the background especially out-of-focus. So here is some accidental, artificial photo texturing:

I really like that third one. It looks similar to our sumac in autumn.
The sphere is a neat take too.

My Brother in Law is a member so he gets notifications of special events. Also was an opportunity to stop in Dundee to get some Jalapeno Pepper Jelly.

More old stonework, which might have been more tightly fitted when first built.
