That looks less like a water lily than one of the invasive aquatic plants, perhaps water hyacinth? Wish there were a flower.

Looks like Water Lily, here is another shot of the same batch of these plants. It is quite possible that you are correct and hyacinth and water lily are growing together

Those are water lilies for sure. Even I can identify them when there's a flower available.
