Here are a couple more - would like some opinion as to whether I'm 'getting it', or if these are just nonsense shots! I change my mind every time I look at them - some have been in the trash bin and back out again, for example...

Both K10D and FA135 @ f/2.8

Thanks! (I don't really think so though, half the time I don't know what I'm doing...)

edit: I love the color on the first one, maybe a little more dof would've shown more of the lovely texture of the wood.

Aah, I would have guessed this pic to be of much bigger scale and the white parts being ice. Give us more .-)
