That building looks as though it came from the set for a sci-fi city.

Agree, if i am right, it is one of the fist truth skycraper with earthquake resistance built into its foundation in shinjuku, so it is a very old building but ahead of its time. and it show up in old Godzilla film too.

Tea plantation. The plants are a bit less that waist high, and obviously the access rows are very tight.
