Six days since I posted the image just above. This thread is moving slowly.

The image below is X-posted after slight modification. I've been trying to track down the meaning or symbolism of a mourning lady in chains in a cemetery, but so far I've not found an appropriate explanation of the meaning or origin. I doubt it is supposed to be Andromeda.

Is that chain attached to an anchor? If so, might be a Statue of Hope.

I think you may be correct, that's probably the eye and shaft of the anchor that the chain is attached to on the right. I'll have to check the original image file (it's on the big desktop, not this little laptop), The full length of the statue is there, but I cropped off the bottom because I thought the upper half was more interesting and too small to appreciate if the entire height of the statue was in the image.
