Man 'o War, possibly the greatest racehorse ever. His remains are interred below the statue.

The local botanical gardens installed this butterfly sculpture recently. The place is known as a waypoint during the Monarch migration in the Fall.

Diana. My mind inevitably boggles when I think of the skill and effort that goes into creating something like this with hammers and chisels.

One of a series of small sculptures that celebrate "common" people and the nobility of labor. They are mounted on the iron gate in front of the side door of a cathedral (St. Vitus, Prague), This pair is pruning a tree or perhaps a grape vine.

Here's another of the nobility & "holiness" of labor statues. The man is definitely harvesting grapes but the women looks critical. It wasn't clear to me if she disapproves of wine or thinks he's not working fast enough.

"Jan, you imbecile I told you we should have pruned earlier, but no, you knew better didn't you. It's a worse harvest than last year. And you drink too much of it too. And I saw the way that you look at that blonde in church. Don't think she'd be interested in you, you dolt. I should have listened to my mother and married Hans the tailor."

This is "Ver" = Spring. I've had my eyes open, looking everywhere, but he remains hidden at the moment.

I like this shot a lot. Very interesting composition and well exposed. Thanks a million.
