This seems a good a place as any to dump some recent live shots I took.

Dec 15th (2017) saw Paradise Lost return to Sydney to perform at The Metro Theatre as part of their 'Medusa' tour. I have been a die hard PL fan for decades, the last time I managed to see them live however was some 20+ yrs ago (in my motherland Scotland)! They've still been churning out records all this time, 'Medusa' marking their 15th album I think. I took the K-1 and KP into the photo pit, had 3 songs to get the shots then we were out, I took a mixture with the DFA 100mm, FA 50mm 1.4 and DA15mm;

I should point out that with the KP I used the Av Bracketing mode, I really dig this shooting mode. If I miss the wide open shot at F1.8 for example, I'm supplied instantly of some lower aperture shots such as 2.5 and 4 to pick from in case I missed the mark at 1.8 etc. A fantastic way to get a 'safety' shot should you or the AF miss the shot you were aiming for.

wow, almost a year since I popped in and posted on this thread, just one from the other night, I'm rarely shooting live now but had to see how my new X100T would do in a poorly lit club

Was supposed to meet up for an impromptu studio shoot but my work got in way. Got a nice Xmas message from her the other day
