Thought I had already posted these, must have been in POTW...

Good foggy morning just a few days ago, misting too, couldn't keep my glasses clean. Here's the lake that morning behind a neighbor's camp

and from the bank maybe 30 feet past that boat, the bank curves so you can't see where i was standing for this shot

Soggy feet when I got back, had to dry everything off, but i guess it was worth it...

Nice. Minimalist. Monochromatic.

Do you think you can make it any bigger?

I guess you missed the joke. The size as posted here is so big that I only see about 1/10th of the picture.

That is pretty much what I use too. An optimal size that fits the middle of the road native resolutions, and if one wants the mondo mega size, they can go to Flickr or wherever the file is hosted at and view it in all its pixelated glory.

Remember when desktop resolution was maxed out at 800x600? And most video cards had trouble pushing it?

Yeah that's about the time I started building them. I was really glad to get a Matrox video card with a whopping 2MB video RAM...it would actually handle 1024x768 on my 14" monitor...which was only an inch smaller than the biggest one you could get...computer itself was a 233mmx, 128MB RAM, fastest machine in town at the time...these days you would laugh at it if I still had it running...I think I had a 2.3GB drive, biggest available, something like 8x CD ROM, Sound Blaster sound card, 56K modem...and around here I usually got about 21,400...but it would handle any game out there at the time, then again DOOM was about the latest and greatest...

Now just look around...I think your iPhone is probably more powerful...

Me either actually, that's why I said your iPhone and not My iPhone...my cell is still an old Nokia 10 key I've had for at least 8 years, probably more. No camera, no internet, no bells and whistles, just a phone...text sucks, but I don't use that much either...

Sorry, I don't know, which system or browser you use. But here the pictures are clear and fine always visible in the window.

I am sorry, but I am not going to resize all my pictures. I link them usually directly to my blog and that is the amount of work, I am willing to spend. Not more. I guess, it is more a browser problem, though.

Regards, Christoph
