As far as I can find, this hasn't been done so far, so let's see if it gets any interest...
It's wintertiime in the northern hemisphere, so we'll be seeing a lot of foggy mornings. We've had a coouple here recently, and I got some decent shots, so I thought I'd set up a thread for everyone to show off their foggy days.
Any Pentax camera, or Samsung DSLR, anyone can post, the main requirement is fog, of course...
I'll start with a couple of mine.
We had a heavy fog yesterday, visibility maybe 50 feet, sometimes less, and I went out to a local lake to see if any pelicans might be there yet. No pelicans, but did get to see an eagle fly off (only time enough for 2 very out of focus shots) and some waterbirds that were all over the place. Numerous Great White Egrets, a couple of Pied Billed Grebes, a couple of Great Blue Herons and several hundred Cormorants or maybe Anhinga.
All these shots taken with my Rokinon 75-300.
Here's a couple of shots of Egrets flying by, in these you can actually see the wings fading into the fog, it was that thick. Visibility 50 feet or so, and one of these was 3 feet off the water, you can't see the water at all.

Several Egrets standing along the bank later on as the fog started to lift a bit. 20 minutes earlier I couldn't see the bank at all.

A few Cormorants (Anhinga maybe) flying low just off the water.

And one from a couple of weeks ago, taken on a foggy morning with the 50mm series A lens.

So there ya have it, let's see your foggy shots.
Smoke 'em if ya got 'em...
