I saw this at work, on my phone. Now that I'm home and have it on the PC, it is much more terrifying.

Bark beetle tunnels on a piece of firewood. (Sorry the beetles aren't there. They've moved on to another job site.)

Not sure what these are - an early stage of a bug of some kind? There were lots of them feeding on a thistle head.

This rather large specimen (2.5 to 3 inches) landed on the ceiling of our covered patio trying to get out the wicked winds we are experiencing today.

jacamar those are assassin bug nymphs.
