Technically this is not flare, but I saw the effect as I was sitting here, realized it was fleeting, so I snapped an image and here it is.

Connecticut River, looking downstream from an Amtrak bridge. FYI for any who don't know the area, The Connecticut River runs north to south parallel to the Hudson R.
