And now for the serious part, don't think any of you might feel for a Single in February?
I'm glad I didn't join this Single, because the whole month I'm so lacking any inspiration. Wanting to throw every picture I take in the waste bin, wanting to throw my camera on the marketplace and get rid if the stupid thing. But since a couple of days, actually since yesterday I feel some creativity juices flowing, so I'm glad I didn't do all those things.

Hang in there people, you are almost there.

Ah, Karen! I discussed this thing with Iris, just this afternoon. I think I will give myself a rest in February..... March is fine, probably, but February will be more of the same for me, even if I'd go for the Zenitar 16mm or the Meyer 400mm..... But don't hesitate to start a new Single! It's just I won't join....

I'm a bit on the iffy side with SiF. On the other hand... that leica lens beckons to be used! I'll probably do a casual month of shooting (not every day) and just put the shots in a thread called Leibruary.

feb would give me an excuse to use the 50 1.7, or the da14, or the 100 2.8 .... damn i miss using what ever some days
work days are tough at this time of year due to light levels (and the fact I don't have a k5 , but then it could be gone for repair exchange like Jeff's)

I say today i might not do it, but if the challenge is there i'll take it up

and i am guessing a few others would as well Karen

it forces me to get out there. I may not get good stuff daily but it does get me more involved with a better chance of coming up with something I like at least a couple of times. January sure got me doing things i wouldn't have most days

Agreed Eddie. It's a great excuse to keep the camera around. The two days I left it at home, I missed incredible weather related shots. Like a frozen over window at work (cellphone shot):

Which 100/2.8 is this Eddie?

Really compact nice little lens
Wish it was dfa though but it is above my current 20 buck a lens cap
Almost all my primes are m aside from m42 mounts and a da 14 and a 135 k (at least for now)
