It's a bouncing baby Belgian Tripel. Our very first batch of beer is now in the bottles. A little bit from the carboy to drink tonight without carbonation. It's going to be a long 2 weeks before we can sample the finished product.

Not a great photo but it says a lot!!

Nice selection of donor bottles. Victory Brewery is right down the road from me. It's a nice place to visit and have a meal.

I'm not the best at describing tastes, but I know what I like. I'd say its a lot like a typical Belgian ale but more. Spicy,Fruity and complex without a super hoppy taste. And pretty high in alcohol, this one came out at about 8%. One of my favorites and much more drinkable than most high alcohol beer such as IPA's.

I'm a big fan of belgians. Delirium Tremens is one of my all time favorites.

Lucky Bastid!!! Hop Devil has become my favorite IPA, very well balanced. And V12 rocks my socks. They do some great stuff.

Love Mill Street's stuff Eddie, their Tankhouse is my poison of choice these days.

If memory serves, this was a pint of Leffe blonde. I remember the day well, this was the very first shot I ever took with my new to me, FA50 f1.4

Tankhouse is my other beer, though i had an ipa at the distillery that was cask conditioned that was very fine

I did some work for them in December (shot photos at an event) still waiting for the cheque but did get the 2 cases of beer promised already

does it tastes as strong as it sounds?
I like the organic and the stock ales... Last time I had millstreet it was the tank house pale ale and it gave me a bad hangover
have you been to the millstreet pub?

cheers

it's a dark beer, but i'm a guiness guy so i don't find it strong, actually it's more drinkable than tankhouse IMHO
and yes i've been to the pub a few times i live pretty close and pass it almost daily, albeit usually on the way to cherry beach with the dog, so no nipping in for a quick one
if i don't get the damn cheque soon though i may just ask for a tab till it's used up
