this is one of the best beer I have tried from Hondous

Unfiltered Lager, Bright Brewery, Bright, Victoria, AU

was probably the best beer we tried all day (probably the best summer one anyhow)

No the wort is that kettle of stuff in his picture. It's the steeped malted grains. Usually barley but if you drink much Massproduced USA beer there is a good bit of rice in it as well.

I prefer fresh ales to the mass produced stuff. I usually make Stout, Porter , or Red ales.

Winnah!! I've got my very first batch of homebrew ready for bottling. Starting out with a tripel. Even sampling when racking let me know it will be spectacular. Hopefully I can post a shot of the final product when it's drinkable (but not fully aged) in a couple of weeks..

The only beer related shot I had on my flickr. The back of a beer truck taken on the island of Cyprus a few months back. Keo is the local beer there and tastes good too.
