dcmsox2004 ... I like it! The photo has a very monochrome look that works well. And it's such an elaborate fancy roof for a simple park bench. Nice!
thanks ! appreciate the comment.... dave m

Hey Pat, that is a cool shot... winter camp, good stuff!!!

Like the shot of the bikes on the bench, but, but, why????

Arpe, that is such an interesting shot with the 3 women sitting by the river. It conveys a lot...

And dcmosox, cool processing!

Ash, ouch and in such a curious place...

Eddie, we are getting there! the days are longer, the sun hotter. You guys are getting a snow storm today and then a fast melt is on the way. Chin up!!

the storm looks like a tempest in a teapot Tess, prediction is now only 5 cm. phhhfft that's not a storm.
i know it's coming to an end, and in general i love winter but in the city it does get damn dreary. when i lived up north and skied for a living i hated to see winter end (and not because it meant the end of the paycheck)
spending the month with the kit lens hasn't been overly inspiring either as it limits what i can do in low light.

It looks like a pile of condos going up. There are cranes on a lot of those buildings. Is that taken from Toronto Islands? I don't see the CN tower so it must be Mississauga. Home of Hazel Mac.

Looks like the kind of barbecue you might appreciate on a canoe trip.

A very modern looking table and bench. Is that a designer picnic table? Is it just me or is that picture only half there?
