sure sure Bob, rub it in! I am looking out my window at a snow storm so bad I can't even take pictures of snowy trees or dogs today

You have no idea how cruel that was, here's what we're looking at. Funny how the snow that's "really cool" in December, is just old and tiring by Feb. Cross posted from the "Out my window thread.' Pick a seat and sit as long as you want. I am so sick of pictures with snow in them. We'll be pool side in about 5 days Bob, put reserved signs on those seats.

OMG that last bench is incredible! wow!! thank you so much for sharing that with us... your florida shot is pretty nice too, but I sure love the warmth of the wood --the carvings and paintings.

Holy bajolly,, it looks like a solid mahogany bench made of unjoined mahogany slabs at least 14 inches wide... but then, I'd need a closer look to be sure.

We had a rain event last night and the creek was running high.

Thanks, Tess. We got the tail ends of two cyclones, Andrew and Yasi, that dumped around 120 - 150mm in a few hours. That 'river' is normally a creek just a few metres across.

Thank you, amazing what you can find in your neighbors back yard. two days later he cut all the grass and flowers around the bench.
