Seeing some really good shots here!
Here's some 'wildlife' we saw at the Grand Canyon last summer (Panasonic TZ1 camera):

I've been watching this Osprey nest when I have a chance. The youngsters are just about ready to start flying so there should be more images to come.

Penguins

Not a very good shot, but how often to you see penguins in their burrow on the foreshore of a major city?

Richard.

Nice catch, I assume those are rarely seen in their habitat. Beautiful photo.

There's some great looking stuff here.Littledraw's Osprey,
Richards penguins... we dont have many of those in missouri.
Rollsup Sandpipers,marvelous series.

More birds...
1-1st year Black-crowned night heron
2-juvenile Green Heron
3-Willow Flycatcher...looks alot like eastern Peewee, can barely see
wing-bars,faint eye rings, and 'split-vest' color scheme of breast.
wing tips extend less than half way down tail.
Most definite, three of us heard this bird,no doudt.

Was able to catch Warbling Vireo Friday.Of passerines in north america, these bird's
and rest of family are in deep trouble.Pesticides, loss of habitat, opportunist importing
non-native flora and fauna for their pretty gardens are pushing these birds
to the brink.Just a chance to see and hear, never mind an insignificant shot,is a thrill.
Why I started birding over 40 years ago, pictures are but little part of it.
