Juvenile, though I think this should more accurately be called Sub-Adult, Bateleur Eagle. Its face, while still bluish, is not as blue as younger birds.

Nice WPRESTO. Looks a rather "clean" bird, unlike the speciments I see in Kruger- there they look ruffled and stained.

Red-Shoulder Hawk:

WSPRESTO, my daughter would love your elephant shot. Ever since she was a little girl (she's 48 now) she's wanted a pet elephant.

Common mergansers in the boat basin and nearby Quabbin Reservoir. 400mm Tamron + 2XL converter. The birds were a long way out.
