I also need to dig into archived image files and pick out secondary or even tertiary choices, or get out and take pictures, which is even more challenging (not much around as yet this Spring). I was lucky that this Colobus monkey held perfectly still during the exposure. Notice the way the tip of the morning glory vine he's holding is blurred by motion.

Nice shot, the Colobus monkey seems really intrigued by that morning glory.

I have been taking my K50 and HD 55-300 with while walking my dog lately. These two mallards were nesting along the train tracks that run a few blocks behind my house.

Mourning dove, perhaps inspecting something it's spotted on the ground.

Another dove, this one in a tree. I have been trying capture this one for awhile now since I see it while walking my dog. It never comes very close to my house. So I have been taking my K50 and 55-300 with my on our walks.

Gracious, what a foolish bird. For a few years we had a great crested flycatcher that thought his reflection in one of our big windows as a rival, so he attacked it with enthusiasm, or perched a few feet away and threw insults and threats.
