According to the rules I was given, I'm not allowed to bend my hips past a right angle, get into a bathtub or kayak, play any sport such as tennis, basketball, etc where it's necessary to run (also forbidden to jog), I was advised never to tie my shoe laces (use pre-tied elastic laces or wear sandals, loafers, etc). and never pull on my socks using my hands (use a special sock-puller-onner). But guess what? I cheat, shamelessly. But, I do now understand those people in the ads who say "I've fallen, and I can't get up." Without something to put my hands on (chair, tree, big rock) it is very difficult to get up off the ground, and I suspect within a few years it will become impossible. Makes me mad

Nor sure about the id on this hawk. Might be a Cooper's, but might be the everglades phase of a red-shouldered hawk, which has a very pale head.
