Ostrich

Why did that ostrich cross the road?
1) The chicken must know something.
2) Some yelled:: "You're chicken!"
3) It wanted to get away from all the chickens that had immigrated from the other side of the road.
4) The sand on the other side of the road is always softer for hiding your head.
5) "If a chicken can do it, so can I."

This and perhaps a few on other threads will be my last posts for several weeks as we are off soon to M's 50th college graduation reunion (Oberlin, 1967), with a visit to our daughter and some touring along the way.
