I used to live in Astoria. The deer out there would (if they'd even noticed) have thought a sprinkler was just the rain falling up. It falls every other direction on the coast.....

Isn't the Northwet where they invented those stall showers with nozzles right and left, up and down, spraying at you from every direction at once, just so they can feel like they're out for a stroll?

I like the slight "halo" I got through pp on 1 and 3

2 is the same as 3 but slightly different pp

4 shows a close up of the beak which seems unusually crossed ???

any thoughts about that?

the less dominate Dusky Grouse in an area of less than 100 yards at the Lake Butte Scenic viewpoint off of the southeast entrance road

this one seldom did a full display unlike the dominate one up the hill
