you can just see the neck and one ear of the little guy in the first photo

can't wait to get back to Tanzania with my K 3 and K 3 II and better lenses trip planned for late July 2019

Baraka, the blind rhino. BTW "Baraka" is not a political or commemorative name here. The word roughly translates as "blessed one" or "one who is a blessing." Looks as though his ear has been through some events. Not sure whether those were natural or human imposed tagging for field identification when Baraka was young and still roaming free. I think now they use plastic tags of the kind put on domestic stock rather than ear-notching.

Green tree Pigeon, here enjoying some wild figs. It's behavior is very similar to that of a parrot.
