Yes. The parrot is one of several "other creatures" at a butterfly garden nearby ("Magic Wings"). The aviary is quite popular for weddings and receptions. They sometimes have a pre-opening period early AM when for an extra fee photographers are allowed to use tripods that are otherwise too dangerous in the narrow walkways with myriads of people, including rush-about children.

That looks like a good match. The posted image was taken several years ago, and it's possible there wasn't a label, and if there was one, I certainly don't remember it now.
