he certainly looks like he got caught doing something he should not have done

None of the Above- So that will be a "F" for both of you . Drinking from a "well" that elephants dig from time to time when water is scarce, digging them with their tusks. As was the case here, the Arid Northern part of Kruger Park.

Yes... I was walking on a local park and had already taken a bunch of pictures of her (the third being one of the few that were not horrible). Then on my way back I saw her sitting like that... and had to put the telephoto back on the camera as she just sat and watched
