flying way high and couldn't really tell him apart from a sea gull this is K3+DA300 and 100% crop. a Harrier?

A towhee that perched on this spot for maybe ten minutes but would not turn around to show me his bright underside.

Plump little chipping sparrow. They're common and forage on the ground in the open so they are easy to spot, generally well lit and there are rarely branches in the way, but they are so small and quick to move that for me at least, they are a challenge to photograph. Both images are deep crops (they are tiny little birds)

Cape buffalo in repose, the entire frame and a crop. Taken with a Sony RX100 mk vi. I've been taken aback at times by the IQ from the Zeiss branded 24~200mm FF FOV equivalent on this pocketable little camera.

Porcupine having a nap. "Porkies" or "quill pigs" are pretty common locally, but this is only the second time I've spotted one in the wild.
