Ayres Hawk-Eagle is not in the right area

hard to tell,

both seen to have speckled chests ???

but face does look like african Hawk Eagle

Definitely not Martial Eagle, not even a Juvenile. It is smaller too, than a Martial. Incidentally, the Ayres Hawk Eagle occurs South of the Sahara and given that its plumage can be highly variable (to quote my bird book) its possible.
