There were several nyalas visiting our camp, Just sit still for a while and they could get within a few meters from you.

there are two very similar antelopes and I cannot tell them apart

can anyone help me in iding this one ?

I think it is a topi

A bit too light for Topi/Tsessebe. One of the Hartebeest-- Probably Coke's Hartebees.

Oystercatcher flying along the shore. Nest nearby with partner sitting, so this bird didn't go very far

I agree with Noel. Definitely a hartebeest, but not the red one. Coke's sounds like a good candidate - and one I haven't seen. I need to go back to East Africa
