Dunno what it is, I'm not all that much into birds. Looks like drozd śpiewak (song thrush). Sorry for noice, but it was bottom of a dark gorge and K-50 is not that good with high ISO.

unfortunately, Mother Nature is relentless

this bull in the Rocky Mountain National Park had injured both front legs, it could stand and move but the front feet flopped as it moved

a cougar will collect it some time in the near future according to the Park Rangers I talked to
