OK, I'll follow suit, with a mammal that I have way to many images

Yes. When anywhere nearby, elephants are hard to ignore, although this pair is doing their best.

Another giraffe in a more common posture. Don't think I've ever seen even a photo of an adult giraffe settled down like like, only very young or newborn calves.

Found this collection of poses on a walk in Zambia. I wonder how many giraffes die from curiosity...

The giraffe that's down in the image above, although young, is still pretty big.

A more mild-mannered herbivore - - - but they spit.

Good morning, noel! 7:15 here. Some snow/sleet/freezing rain last night, about 2 ~ 5 cm on the ground outside the house (up to 10cm elsewhere according to AM news). Not all that much, but the freezing rain atop apparently has made driving really treacherous. More rain coming, with temps climbing to over 15C. I don't remember for sure, but since this picture was taken in the Asian area, it may be the extinct-in-wild Pere David's Deer.

Oooh- the weather sounds terrible- and here we are complaining about the enormous amount of rain we've been having of late, complete with warning of flooding.
