Don't have an id for this bird. I think it's an Asiatic ibis.

Giraffe that was eventually semi-spooked by our hot air balloon. Ran off a bit, not too fast, then stood and stared.

Thank you for the compliment! This was taken yesterday, it was a great experience.
Two Kestrels were hunting from a couple of trees nearby.
I positioned myself where I thought I would get the best angle and light to capture one of the birds, prepared for the right moment, and got a bit lucky. The Kestrel spotted a prey very close to where I was standing, and kept his body and head still while moving his wings. The shot was taken at 1/400 so you can see a bit of wing movement. The background was distant, which helped with bokeh. Minimal cropping and slight editing and Voilà.
