Can't believe what you blokes are goin' through. We've just started autumn (fall) and the temperatures hotting up, 28 celcius today with 30 before a rainy change tomorrow! Crickey!

Anyway, me anthucheezunkisses (misses .. wife ..lifelong partner and minister for domestic bliss, war and peace, and a few other departments) now have 2 weeks off (vacation) so my input may be erratic as we won't always be home. Will still take me shots, and the laptop, so may be able to download at internet cafe thingy whatzit!

There's some really really bonzer stuff this month, maybe the group's getting good at this???

Cheers Paddy

Paddy, shut up about the temperatures.
Yesterday we had a gorgeous day, 18 C, but today it's cold and grey again, a freezing wind. No snow, we had that hardly this winter.

Have fun on your vacation, take some nice pictures for us.

Really enjoying the images and comments.

And we're already 8/31 done, or 25%!

I'm starting to get into a dangerous rhythm on this now. I'm actually thinking about doing a Single in April challenge with a macro lens as it's wildflower month here then. I really must be crazy to do this...

Go for it, there are 6 of us on target for it becoming a 365 at this point (even if it is unintentional I know Voytech and I both decided at the end of January to do it, Hagiri, jack and jeff are also on track if they continue

I like the idea of this becoming a huge (even if Unintentional) 365 project
if the 6 of us complete it there will be 2190 pictures representing a at least 4 countries kinda cool

It would be very cool to do a book with just one shot from each of us for each month wouldn't it. I'd buy in a 72 page blurb or some such wouldn't be wildly expensive and limiting it to one shot each for the month would really ensure the best (I already know what i would pick of mine, but i think perhaps a group vote may be in order)

Interesting idea. It's a long way to the end of the year, guys. But I think if I/we got there doing a blurb book would be a fun and an interesting project for the group of survivors. If this is still going strong by mid-year, I thing we should give this some very serious thought as a goal. For now, I just want to get to April, but I'll give it a go for now.

I had never thought of it like that. If the games continue, I'll likely stick with it unless something drastic happens.

I hope its OK, I can't find many reviews about it, not on PF, nor Fred...

Still, it and Tokina 200mm F3.5 cost grand total of $37 landed.
