Aw, my power's waning already? Being a moderator, I suppose I'd better participate in SIA. 8^)

Greetings from the frozen Plains!

I'd like to join the SIA group this time around. I have a flkr account and will go there next. Might have a few questions later on how this will all work.
Thanks,
Edith

Oops, Michael, I hope I didn't hurt your feelings.
Don't answer that, I know I didn't (hopefully).

Oh boy! Looking forward to more images like the stuff in your gallery. That bug shot in particular....

I'll never trust again. Sniff. Be strong, Michael...

These SIx challenges keep my output up and my film processing bills down. I'll be in again this coming month. With my garden variety 50mm (spine shivers at the thought of returning to manual focus). Semi-cheating because I did it in October but not as part of SIx.

Oh boy, if you were allowed to have it, I'd send you a Nutella cake.

Hope this will ease the pain a bit.

I'll think (but I can always change my mind of course) I'm going to use the Helios 44-2 58 mm f/2.0 with the K10. Spring's already here a bit and I love that swirly bokeh it produces. But I've missed my Tamron 90 mm a lot, hmmmm the choices a person have to make.

for me it is more easy to choose, because I don't have so many lenses... A 24/2.8 or my M 40-80. It surprises me every now and then.

Once I figure out how I will be entering my images...I intend to use the D FA 100 f2.8 macro and shoot as many wildflowers as you can stand.

Absolutely. Should be commuting on my bike within the week, as well.
