Ooook. Got it. Simple enough and from reading Day 2 I like the new format. Nice and simple. Still no way of tracking replies to comments, but at least there's a quick way to scan the whole day of shots and choose the favorites. Will comply from now on.

Bloody hell..still can't get the link thing working! Shizzenhausen!

Tried Renses way many too often, and gave Jeffs' a go too! I'll keep trying but the link's not up yet fellas. The idea now seems good though, less clutter in the daily thread and the comments are appearing in the albums (mine at least). I'm warming to it!

If only the bugger would work!

In looking at your post in the April 3 thread, it appears as though only the photo itself is being selected (original only). You want to make sure (in using my method) to select Thumbnail, linked to gallery.

As it is posted in the game thread, there is no link back to the gallery and for some reason correcting the one mistake I see (one too many http://) kills the picture all together.

Haha Paddy, I'm 'glad' I'm not the only one who has trouble getting it the way everybody else seems so effortless getting it. I'm going to try John's method later today.

Oh, and wouldn't it be better if we stop commenting in the daily group thread? So that there only will be pictures to look at?

I too had difficulty getting the link to work. Finally, figured out you had to leave the BBCode highlighted on the forum post when you added the URL with the link. Had, a few undo's happening for a while. Thanks to all who gave instructions!!!

In all the excitement and frustration forgot to mention that I'll be using the Pentax 18-55mm (a.k.a the K-x's kit lens) The Other lens arrived one day late .
I've been busy looking at all the photos, we've got a great group going!

After Paddy's frustration, I added a warning in my instruction. Be aware to copy the link over the pre-defined 'http://' that is written in the hyperlink box, otherwise it'll results in bad, unusable links....

Once we all get this down i think the thread that links back is a great idea its nice reviewing the day in one spot i wish there was a simpler link mechanism i struggled yesterday but got it eventually
By month end itll be easy
