DA12-24f4, DA15f4, DA35f2.8, K30f2.8, FA31f1.8, FA43f1.9, FA77f1.8, DA* 55f1:1.4, DA* 300f4, DA* 16-50f2.8, DA* 50-135f2.8, K135f2.5, K105f2.8, K28f2.0, DFA100mm f2.8WR, FA*200f2.8, FA*85f1.4, FA*24f2.0, A50f2.8, A50f1.2, A35-105f3.5, Tak 50f1.4 (8 element), Tak 105 f2.8, Voigtlander 58f1.4, Tak 50mm Preset 1:1 macro, Tak 50mm 1:2 macro, Sigma 50mm 1:1 macro, Tamron 90mm f2.5 1:2 macro

Shown above is my current lens list. The lenses marked in red have already been used for month long challenges. In all cases, quite faithfully. For some special shots I usually get in April, I'll be swapping lenses but for the sake of the game, I'm going to let the group decide. I have a lot of 50 and 55 lenses and would prefer to use different focal length but if the group decides on one for me, I'll oblige. I already know that every one of these is very capable so, Challenge me. What lens shall I use for SiA? You will know my final decision April 1.

My vote will make it easy on you lets see the Fa31 in action. (i was going to be funny and suggest the DA300)

Decisions, decisions

Which one do i take?
-Helios 44-4 (58/2)
-K55/1.8
-K35/2
-Kiron(Vivitar)24/2
-Exakta 70-210/2.8

I'm really at a loss here... one moment i want the Kiron, the next i fancy the exakta...

EDIT: OR I take a trip to hamburg and search through a couple of second hand stores and buy a random k-mount/m42 lens.

Don't know how much you've used the Helios, but for this time of the year and whirly bokeh that's a perfect lens.

I thought about asking this question a week ago but Jack beat me to posting it. Looks like we've started a trend here.

The Exacta 70-210 f2.8 sounds interesting to me.. The Helios sounds interesting too..

Eddie, Very funny. I actually considered the 300 but The Hound Really runs when I put that baby in his face. All others that have been mentioned are in consideration (and have been).

By the look of things the Helios will be a popular choice. At least it's being talked about a lot. I am considering it myself but I have not decided yet.

Damn, my Helios is somewhere between Russia and Australia, and won't arrive in time.
Someone else is going with the 24mm.
I did 35mm in february, looks like I'm left with this....

I did some practice shots this morning, and I have a headache already.
