Mud

I really haven't taken a lot of mud shots, but with all of the rain we've had this Spring I should, Mud can be good or bad, a lot of fun can be had in the mud. Let's show off some shot with mud as a major element.

I'll start of with some construction/landscaping equipment, but I know you can all do better:

I'm sure these were posted some months ago. Sorry if you've seen them before.

Looks like there's no shortage of photo opportunities at that Mud Run. Good shots!

By the way, I see a couple of Mud Runners holding (electronic?) devices in their hands. Do you know what those are?

Earlier this year I made a couple trips to a local park / reservoir. In summer, it's a popular spot for swimming and boating. For winter, the water level is drawn down to allow capacity for flood control. I'd never been out there in the winter, and I was curious to see what there was to see.

On one of my visits, the weather was frosty and the mud was almost firm. The other time, it was typically soft and squishy - I got a good workout slogging through the muck that day.
