Very nice shots, he's got a really interesting look in the first one, a tricky little smile, looks like he is up to something...

schmikey, those shots are a knock out of the park on so many levels! thumbs-up. I really like the one pic on the swing too the most; quite humorous. Next, the one walking away. I always want to do similar composition with my dogs, but with all their tails going up it's not a pretty sight if I'm too close ...if you get what i mean...

distorted_vision, love # 2. And even moreso now that I just realized the 2nd cat in the upper left hand corner!

m8o, thanks for your comments on my photos. I have really enjoyed the shots you have taken of your dogs. They have introduced me to a breed that I wasn't familiar with before, and I feel like I'm getting to know their personalities through your photos. Beautiful dogs BTW!

Schmikey, the dog in the swing cracks me up! Nice series.

I am working on getting a shot for this weeks "weekly challenge", and I took this one yesterday. The challenge is "wide open", and this shot is. Super Takumar 55mm f1.8, 1/4 sec hand held. A little soft, but ya gotta love shake reduction!

Meet Tamdhu (yes, another tortoiseshell cat!), pictured on the chair in our greenhouse, which she contests with our other cat, Talisker.

In the name of equality, here's the aforementioned Talisker (after all, she is the senior cat). Both were strays - Talisker moved in 13 years ago, Tamdhu 3.

Chance & the first snow

I love all these pictures, such wonderful pets. This is my first post in this thread, and not a great picture, but our Siberian Husky Chance absolutely loves the snow. Here he is enjoying the deck in our back yard:

I simply love those dog, I just wanna put my head int their fur and cuddle them..... even though I guess its not the typhical cuddle dog but the onmes I`ve met havent complained after we got familiar

I`d love to se more photos of it, and a little tip-watch your background, on this picture its a bit "distracting".

Those Malawi Ciclids have always been some of my favorites. Very colorful. But also very feisty! It always ends up that one has to be king, and all others must die. Beautiful fish though, and a nice shot of this one.
