Nice framing Jeff.
Paulh, do ducks make good pets?
Sebberry, Unartist and Leadfoot... some happy lookin pups there. Stick munching - no time to pose...

Still playing with new lens. Missed the focus on this so I pp'd it to be a bit softer than I usually like - Burt moves a bit much to be a pet model.

mattt, that duck is a wild mallard we adopted as a baby - once her wings grow out, we'll release her - I figure maybe 2 more weeks. It's been fun, but they're a bit messy .

Cats can be tricky to shoot - they're either not moving at all, or running/jumping/climbing/whatever...

We're getting some more good-looking mutts to join the regulars around here. Here's Jeannie trying to get the correct angle on the chew-thing -

This is Lena, who somehow found her way to our doorstep with her tag cut in half so the previous owners couldn't be found. I tried the responsible stuff, tried to let someone else adopt her, tried telling my wife we didn't need a third dog. But she is very nice and now part of the family. Our other chihuahua is on the left. DA 16-45 at 26mm, f5.6, ISO 400, bounced AF 540FGZ.

Still fiddling with the A100 F4 here... trying to induce a bit of bokeh. Burt was rather accomodating, I suppose his curiosity towards my camera has diminished.

Love the fish eye snout, and dadipentak's kitty looks about the same age as mine own. When I see Dave's two, I wonder who the trouble maker is

I love all the pics in this thread. Really!

My very favorites from the last few:
JeffJS, the shot of the lab with snoot in camera is awesome!
And Tuna Tube in the tree is priceless!
