This is an older shot of our dogs taking advantage of being off-leash! (xposted to Fall Colors thread)

Pet Food is no longer just Pet Food anymore. Some of the canned foods look good enough to microwave and eat, more like a Campbell's Chunky Soup than a can of Friskies Dog Food...

Too funny ... I had to look hard and twice at both, especially the canned (dog) food ... J

Yummy - old-fashioned dog food goodness just like Grammy used to make! Nice touch posing the can with the tomatoes in the b/g.

What's in the can doesn't even look like Dog food, it looks exactly what's in a Chicken Pot Pie complete with veggies and recognizable chunks of Chicken...

But how does it taste? Just like grandma used to make?

Exactly. My dogs are anxiously awaiting the results of your taste test. If it's good enough for you, then it's good enough for them.

More or less correct IMO.

we fostered this brother and sister pair for two weeks for our local rescue center. They had to have another round of puppy shots before they could be put up for adoption. The house seemed a little empty last night.

Good on you mate! Awww man they are sweet little souls. Hope they have great life. If they use your shots for adoption they will have a home quickly.

I don't expect them to be there past this weekend.

Cute pups! Good of you to take them in. I'm sure they'll find good homes

It only took a day for both of them to be adopted. Well worth a couple of weeks worth of "accidents" if you know what I mean.

I'm a cat person, but I wanted to say thanks for opening your home to them while they waited to be placed in their forever homes. I'm thrilled they found homes so quickly. I couldn't do it for cats, I just couldn't hand them back, I'd be the local mad cat lady. Instead I have one rescue kitty and we've been housemates for the last 8 and a half years.

Our Yorkie-poo Tino during one of his "spacing out" moments. He's a shelter dog & has been with us since 2005.
K100D + A35/2.8 - I think this was the first snap I took with that lens
